Here’s a very special 1992 Porsche 964 Carrera 4. It’s finished in its original, and very rare, Amazon Green Metallic, which is a stunning bluey-green shade, dependant on the light. The paintwork is offset with lovely 17-inch Fuchs-style wheels.

Inside, the Porsche has been beautifully retrimmed in black leather with subtle blue stitching, plus carbon-style finish to the dashboard. The front seats are heated and new wool carpets have been fitted. The interior trim alone cost over £5000. A Blaupunkt Bremen head unit combines retro looks with modern DAB radio and Bluetooth connectivity. It’s unusual for a UK 964 in that it has air-conditioning, and there’s a Scorpion alarm system.

The engine and gearbox were rebuilt by Porsche specialist RPM Technik less than 5000 miles ago, and new brake discs and pads were fitted. The work is fully documented and photographed, and cost around £29,000. The car has been regularly serviced with the last being by RPM Technik in March 2023 at a price of over £2000. Going back, there is a large history file dating back to 2001.

Today, this Porsche 964 wants for nothing and is real joy to behold and to drive.
