This 1985 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 is a true Eighties icon, with its solid black paintwork, whaletail rear spoiler and 16inch Fuchs alloy wheels. It looks superb!

The interior is finished in black leather with red piping to the seats, which are the super-supportive Sports items. The car benefits from a sunroof and is all very original apart from the worthwhile upgrade of a Blaupunkt Hannover CD/radio head-unit, which fits in perfectly.

History is everything with classic Porsches and this example has had just five owners and benefits from a well-stamped service book and a large file of invoices. The car has been professionally stored in recent years so has not covered many miles but has, nonetheless, been maintained. Within the last 2000 miles, the gearbox has been rebuilt, a new clutch and flywheel fitted, and the exhaust heat exchangers replaced with stainless steel items, all at a cost of some £5500. It has just had a major service, too. In addition, there are recent invoices for numerous other small items which show that the last owners were pedantic in ensuring that everything about this Porsche is just right. It also comes complete with the Porsche-specific registration “C911 DDE” and there is a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche.
