Porsche 356A 1600GS Carrera GT de Luxe

1959

This incarnation of the Carrera GT used the 1588cc engine but uprated to produce 115bhp. Weight was saved by using aluminium doors, bonnet and engine lid. This was a more race-orientated car than the standard 1600GS.
