This is a 2003 Porsche 996 Carrera, so a later car with the larger 3.6-litre engine, Turbo-style headlamps, and a revised interior. This example benefits from a very well documented service history which shows that it has been well looked after and ensures that it looks wonderful and is a joy to drive.

This superb Porsche is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with 18-inch Carrera five-spoke wheels, and is in lovely condition.

The interior boasts full Metropole Blue leather, with hardbacked Sports seats featuring the Porsche crest embossed on the headrests. The cockpit is well-specced with a body-coloured centre console, plus the dials, instrument surround, central air vents and dashboard strip are all aluminium-look. The history file is crucial to appreciating this Porsche fully. As well as routine servicing, the engine was rebuilt by respected Porsche engine specialists Hartech in 2011 at 75,000 miles. Since then, the car has been treated to RS engine mounts, a 997 gearshift, stainless steel sports exhaust system, an M030 sports suspension system, GT3 brake cooling ducts, new air-conditioning condensers, Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres just 2000 miles ago, plus numerous small upgrades and repairs to ensure it’s in peak condition that belies its mileage. At each service since the rebuild, the engine has been filled with Miller’s Nanodrive oil, as recommended by Hartech. The services have been done religiously every year, regardless of mileage, and a major service and brake fluid change is due in March 2021, so we shall do that before the car is sold. The last owner bought the car in 2015 and has spend around £11,500 on maintaining and upgrading it since then!
