The blue interior is just as stunning, with eye-catching Pascha seats that are in beautiful condition. A leather rimmed Nardi steering wheel is a nice addition, as is a modern Blaupunkt DAB/Bluetooth head unit and new speakers.

The Porsche comes with a large history folder dating right back to when the car was new. This shows that it has been well looked after. Work of note include an engine rebuild in 1988 and a gearbox rebuild in 1990.

Most recently, the car has had a gearbox oil change, new gearshifter bushes, a new windscreen, and the tappets adjusted. Just two years ago, the Porsche had some £7000 of work undertaken by well-known Porsche specialist, Paragon. Items included a service, four new Pirelli P6000 N-rated tyres, new oil cooler and pipes, and new front brake discs and pads. Two years previously, two new heat exchangers were fitted, the rear bumper mounts were replaced, and various oil leaks were attended to. Before that, the car was maintained and stored by well-known Porsche specialist, Autofarm. The car had over £11,000 of work done at in 2012, This including removing the engine to replace the soundproofing and restore the heating system, replace the clutch and flywheel, plus a multitude of other jobs to ensure that the Porsche is in tip-top condition. The historic paperwork, going back to the early 1980s, make for fascinating reading and help build up a picture of the car’s story. There’s also a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche.
