This 2003 MG TF 135 is a fun and affordable mid-engined sports car. Finished in Starlight Silver Metallic with a blue hood, it’s a smart little car.

The interior is black with red Alcantara seats, the original Kenwood CD head unit, electric windows and mirrors, remote central locking and a wind deflector.

The MG has covered just 45,300 miles and comes with the original handbook and even the bill of sale from when it was new. There is a sheaf of paperwork detailing work that has been done over the years. Of particular note was a cylinder head gasket upgrade (a common issue with these engines) and timing belt change at 30,172 miles in 2012. The car was last serviced in May 2021 when new front and rear brake discs and pads were fitted at 44,657 miles. We shall sell it with 12 months’ MoT.

The 1.8 litre engine produces a useful 135bhp which propels the little roadster from 0-60mph in a spritely 8.2 seconds, while the mid-engine layout ensures superb handling. It really is a lot of fun to drive.

Although this is example is in good overall condition and drives well, it is showing some signs of its age, in terms of bodywork and interior. With that in mind, we have priced it fairly.
