The door mirrors are also finished in piano black, and two-tone 17-inch diamond cut alloy wheels boast engraved MX-5 logos to complement the eye-catching Ceramic White Metallic bodywork,

Inside, as the name suggests, there are heated Recaro seats clad in Alcantara, as are sections of the dashboard. Alloy pedals, bespoke floor mats and contrasting red stitching complete the Sport Recaro’s bespoke cabin.

Other features include LED headlights, a leather steering wheel, automatic climate-control, a DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity, sat-nav, rain sensing wipers, automatic rear-view mirror, keyless entry, push-button start, multifunction steering wheel, a top-spec Bose sound-system, cruise control, tyre pressure monitor, traction control and Mazda’s MZD-Connect infotainment system.

A plaque between the seats shows that this is a limited edition, number 578 of 600. The car comes with two sets of tyres – a winter and a summer set.
