Just last week a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta sold for  $38.1-million (about £22-million) which is a record for a car sold at auction. Great news and proof, should it be needed, that the classic car market remains buoyant. Rising classic Porsche prices

The fact that a Porsche 964 Carrera 2 RS (above) sold for a record-breaking £215,000 at auction recently has been big news that has caused shockwaves around the Porsche world.
