Porsche 964 Anniversary has been stolen

A rare Porsche 964 Anniversary has been stolen in Switzerland. This is a model that’s very close to my heart – less than 911 examples were produced in 1993 to celebrate 30 years of Porsche 911 production.

It’s a Swiss-specification (C10) car and went missing on 26 March.

The Viola Metallic Porsche (similar to the one in the photo) carried the limited edition number 153 and was fitted with Fintec lowering springs, sports air intake and a Cup exhaust system.

Much of the Porsche had been resprayed and the front spoiler was scuffed on the underside. There was condensation in the front indicator lenses and the wheels were in a poor condition, although the Pirelli tyres were new at the rear and ‘OK’ at the front

Mechanically, the brakes were worn and the engine suffered from oil leaks.

A very distinctive and recognisable car, then. If you can throw any light on its whereabouts please get in touch with the 964 Jubi register.
