Some say that Cabriolets aren’t ‘real’ 911s and a coupe is the only model to have. While I have to agree that 911 coupes have the best lines and the most rigid bodyshells, I’ve always enjoyed driving open-top 911s. I guess it dates back to when I was a teenager and spent my time doing up Triumph Spitfires.
This all came back to me the other day, when I was driving a 964 Cabriolet that I’m selling. The top dropped at the touch of a button (unlike on my old Spitfires), I turned the heat up full and I couldn’t have been happier as I tore through West Sussex, the wind in whatever hair I have left.
There’s no doubt that a 911 Cabriolet is a lot of fun and with summer fast approaching, now’s a good time to buy one. And here’s one I’m selling! 🙂 Click here for details.
