2002 Porsche 996 Targa with Bose and Park Assist

2002 Porsche 996 Targa with Bose and Park Assist

Glass-roofed Targas are some of my favourite Porsches. The big glass roof gives all the benefits of an open car with none of the disadvantages, while the lifting rear window makes this the most practical of 996s – you can drop luggage through it so easily.

This is a beautifully maintained example finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with a Metropole Blue full leather interior, and is in beautiful condition inside and out. Manufactured through the Porsche Exclusive Program, it’s well specified with the following options:

Porsche Stability Management

Bose sound package

Park Assist

Aluminium gearlever

Aluminium handbrake

Silver centre console

Silver central air vents

Silver dial faces

Porsche crests on headrests

Stainless steel sill trims

Rear wiper

Oval exhaust trims

The car was serviced in January of this year at 89,761 miles and will be put through an independent mechanical inspection and given a new MoT  certificate before it is sold.

What a fantastic looking Targa, and with summer just around the corner, I’m almost tempted to chop in my 993!!
